Our model is designed for sustainability and affordability. Firstly, our strategic manufacturing partnership in Bangladesh allows us to source high-quality products cost-effectively. Secondly, as an organisation that plans to be grant-funded, we actively secure funding from global health bodies and foundations. This allows us to subsidise our operational costs, reducing the financial burden on our partners and ensuring that their funds are maximised for patient care.
